Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme must have Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% passing marks (Gen. Cat.) and 45% for SC/ST candidates.

Course Details: Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) is a course offered for those interested in pursing career in teaching. The B.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools.

B.Sc.(Bachelor of Science) Biology, Mathematics

B.Sc. Nursing

Affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University and Approved by Uttarakhand Nursing Midwives Council

Duration: 4 Years

Eligibility:
➢ The minimum age shall be 17 years
➢ Passed 10+2 with Science and English core/English Elective with an aggregate of 40% marks from recognised boards.

Course Details: B.Sc. Nursing is a four-year undergraduate programme to prepare students to assume responsibilities as competent nurse in providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.



General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

Approved by Uttarakhand Nursing Midwives Council

Duration: 3 Years

Eligibility:
➢ 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and national Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government.
➢ 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However, Science is preferable.
➢ 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing council.
➢ 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
➢ The minimum age shall be 17 years

Course Details: General Nursing and Midwifery is a diploma course of three years. After the GNM Nursing course, students can pursue a career in nursing such as Clinical Nurse Specialists, Legal Nurse Consultants, Forensic Nurses and Travelling Nurses.
